Parent and children less than 12 years old are invited to participates in this yoga class. Introduce your child to yoga and acro yoga and help each other to stretch, strengthen, develops coordination and balance. You will work through individual and partner postures.
For the 4-8 year old, yoga continues through adventures, stories and songs. Mental, physical
and creative challenges
are expected for your
mini yoginis in the making.
